Thrive Talent is a boutique agency founded by Amy O’Neill in 2020.

Amy trained at Mountview Academy of Arts, graduating in 2001. She worked for several years as an actor before finding her real love in agenting (and red wine).

Amy was an agent at IT&M before joining Jonathan Arun (now JAG.) where she worked as an agent/director for more than a decade.

Amy is passionate about working with versatile, creative actors who excel on stage/screen. She set up Thrive to allow her to nurture and develop her clients’ exceptional career paths.

By keeping Thrive’s client list small and select, Amy is able to offer a tailored personal management service to each client, working very closely with them on all aspects of their career, while providing constant, honest communication.

It is this distinctive approach that Amy believes allows her clients to flourish.

Ashley Haynes joined Thrive at the end of 2021.

She initially trained as a dancer before going on to attend the London School of Musical Theatre.

After working in the industry as an actor, in 2021 Ashley shifted gears and got her first job in casting. Since then, Ashley has found her true passion in agenting and is thrilled to be part of the team at Thrive.

Ashley is currently on maternity leave.

Jess Gunton joined Thrive Talent as an Associate Agent in 2026.

After training in Musical Theatre, she discovered her passion lay behind the scenes, supporting performers and helping to build their careers. Since moving into agenting, Jess has worked at Scott Marshall Partners and Sainou before joining the team at Thrive.

Jess loves building genuine relationships with clients and being part of the journey as they develop their careers. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her attempting something crafty or enjoying a good vodka tonic.

Hanna Rice-Smyth joined Thrive as an Assistant in 2026, having previously worked as a Floating Assistant at United Agents. She studied Drama and Creative Writing at the University of East Anglia before beginning her career in the industry.

She has a passion for storytelling and is very excited to assist Amy and the team in building client relations and expand her knowledge of the industry.

Outside of work, she loves dogs and can rarely say no to a Hugo Spritz.
